Ica

Located at the south center coast of Peru.

With a height of 406meters above sea level.

Population: 267,540 inhabitants.

The area stretches over 21,000km².

The climate is warm and dries all year. There is no rain and the average temperature comes to 19°C. In the spiritual land religion is deeply engrained. Its landscape consists of dunes, valleys and never-ending sunshine. In the area around Ica some of the most important civilizations of ancient Peru developed. Amoung others, Paracas and Nazca left a legacy that persisted through centuries.
